I borrowed a plug-in steriliser last time but plan to buy myself one for use in the microwave this time around. Any views on which is a good make?

I have an avent one and it was great - they get really hot though so be careful!

I also have an advent one and think it's GREAT! No plugs or cords to get in the way and ours stays on top of the microwave so doesn't take up precious bench space. Not sterilizing anymore so using it to steam the veges . I found it was big and high enough to bung everything in at once. Highly recommend.

... AVENT even!!!

I've got myself one of those avent ones too, but yet to use it! Just trying to stick with one brand for breast pump /bottles etc so everything is garenteed to fit together!

Been using my avent one for 10 months - it's Brilliant! My mum got a Tesco one for her house (only a tenner, and can be used for cold water sterilizing too - we sometimes take it on holiday) and it's ok but not as good as the avent one. I tried a Tommy Tippee plug in one too - used it twice - never again! It's so fiddly. Still lying around unused - anyone wants it they're welcome!
