Increased discharge - miscarriage

I know I am probably over thinking this but I have had 2 previous miscarriages at 10 & 11 weeks. Which all started with an increase in white discharge which let to a full on bleed.
I am now 10 weeks and discharge is increasing again and I am so panicked about this happening again.
Is there anything to stop this discharge?

Increased discharge happens in every pregnancy to keep bacteria out of the vagina and keep baby safe. It is perfectly normal but if it has an odd smell or is yellow/green, speak to your gp.

Try not to worry (easier said than done) and maybe ask for a reassurance scan? Xx

It is always just clear and then starts to get bloody. I have a scan booked on Thursday x

I really hope you get good news at your scan xx

I think the increased discharge is just a normal symptom (it certainly has been for me) rather than a precursor to a miscarriage on its own. I’m sorry for your previous losses and fingers crossed for your scan.
