Tummy pain in late pregnancy

Hi
Im 39 weeks gone and im in bed currently getting shooting pains in my tummy. Does this mean im going into early labour. Im 😨 scared tbh. Cant sleep because of it.

This is my first child so dont know what to expect, the pains keep coming and going.

I don’t have any advice as I’m only early on in my pregnancy but I’m sorry nobody has replied and I hope you are ok. I guess by now you prob know what’s going on but if not I would call your emergency midwife number or 111. Good luck
