Hi i was 6+6 weeks pregnant until 2 days ago. I had a scan just over a week ago showing a sac and yolk but too early to see heartbeat. I have a bicornuate uterus (heart shaped). Scan showed a pregnancy cyst on left ovary and an area of free fluid/blood on the lower part the right side of my uterus wall. I had 4 days of light bleeding at 5+2 to 5+5 then stopped 2 days after u/s. This week i had a gush of older looking blood at 6+3 and a tiny bit of brown following day on wiping. Then on thurs (6+5) i had a huge gush of bright red, large clot and 2 smaller ones. This lasted 45mins to 1hr. I've had no pain and no further bleeding. EPU told me to do a pregnancy test on tue and if still positive to have my planned follow up scan on wed still to check everything gone. I still have awful sickness, breast pain and some breathlessness. Does everyone think i have retained products? If so has anyone with a bicornuate uterus had a successful ERPC? I lost my first at 20wks and had retained products for 6 weeks despite a d&c (they weren't aware of severity of uterus shape at that time). Feel really awful that this is now dragging on so long. How long will i have to wait for ERPC after scan on wed? Thanks for any advice
