Just looking for apps or websites that will help me decide what I need to eat and when, taking baby safe foods into consideration. (Preferably with shopping list).
I have a poor diet and do not eat regularly enough and variety is limited. Don't mind is it's paid for, but free would be better. I do try to eat fresh food, but find that a lot of it goes off in the fridge as I don't fancy eating the same thing day after day.
Similar with exercise, something gentle like yoga or pilates with some strength exercises. Don't really do all that much, but looking to adopt a healthier lifestyle that can continue when the baby is born. I'm 20 weeks if that matters.
