So I'm currently 10 weeks pregnant and I'm struggling already. I am constantly exhausted to the point of I get home from work at 5:30 and I'm asleep by 6:30. I am barely eating because every time I eat I feel horrible. I am craving things like energy drinks which I know I can't have. I have a constant pain in my lower back and right leg which the midwife has told me is sciatica but sometimes it's soo crippling I can barely walk. I just feel like crying all the time. My partner is trying his best to help but there really isn't much he can do to make me feel better. I just want to know if anyone has any tips or advice for me. Thank you x

Oh lovely it sounds exhausting. Hopefully things will start to get better soon after the placenta takes over but there are places to get help if you need it. GP for nausea if your struggling to eat. Pregnancy mental health team for depression and maybe a physio for the leg pain.
