Iv been sick once but the constant nausea is killing me 😩 I didn't have any of this with DD so need all the tips from the lady's who did have morning sickness... I swear it gets worse every day and its from the second I roll out of bed till I go back to sleep at night 🤢 eating helps but usually comes back within 20 minutes!!

I had bad morning sickness with my son (6) and daughter (5 Months), with my son sucking on a lollypop (like chubachubs, or whatever they’re called 😆) really helped, with my daughter ice cold drinks helped a little, I feel for you though, it is horrible.

But congratulations on your pregnancy 😊

Sounds strange but try sniffing a lemon. Worked for me. My friend recommended drinking ginger tea and eating ginger biscuits but that did nothing for me. Could work for you if you give it a go?

Chewing gum was my saviour.

Reading with interest! 7 weeks tommorrow abs in exactly the same. I would rather be actually sick then have the constant nausea, it’s horrible plus really awkward when you don’t want people knowing yet !

@kelly14 yes id defo rather be sick than feel sick all day 😩 my poor DD probably wonders why I'm being such a lazy mum 😂

Thanks for the tips I will try them all! 😁

Little packet of raisins to nibble on pretty much all day.

Constant eating helps a tiny bit for me - so whatever food doesn't make me feel sick today (dry cereal, crisps, cubes of cheese and tomato) goes into a freezer bag and gets carted round so I can nibble away.

Got sea sickness bands and vitamin B6 yesterday so will report back on those.

My poor toddler has watched so much tv in the last few weeks. Can't wait to be feeling better for her sake as well as mine!
