Hi, searching for any advice or help people can give with similar scenarios....
I have just reached week 6 following a medicated frozen embryo transfer with ICSI. Last night I suddenly started bleeding very heavily, it was bright red blood shortly followed by several golf ball sized clots which continued for around 5 hours. I am still bleeding now although it has calmed down a lot. I spoke to our fertility clinic this morning but they said it's too early to scan. I had a miscarriage at the same stage last October. Then they did scan me but filled me with false hope so I really don't want another scan just now. I am just concerned that they have asked me to keep taking my cyclogest and progynova and I don't see the point. I hate taking all the medication but reading the progynova leaflet I shouldn't be having this if I've had a miscarriage or endometriosis. Has anyone experienced anything like this before?
Its been a long IVF process with pretty much every complicatiin you could imagine and to be honest we feel slightly mislead by our clinic as they havent always been upfront about every situation. Just not sure what I should do or if I'm getting the best advice from the specialist???
