Dry, tight and itchy Vagina after baths

Just that really.

Don’t have a shower in my flat so only have baths. Stopped using any kind of bubble bath or scented products early in pregnancy as my skin became very itchy and sensitive. Now just bathing in warm water and not using any products to clean my bits.

For a good few hours after having a bath my vagina feels very dry and tight. It’s very uncomfortable. I’m not sure what’s affecting it as I’d have thought that just using water to wallow in would irritate anything down there.

Got a GP appointment on the 13th but would appreciate any feedback before then. As it stands I can only really bare to bathe every few days which is quite unpleasant!

That is unusual! Not sure what it could be, thoughts are that it's some kind of fungal infection which flares up in warm or hot conditions - my mum had something similar and had to eventually get a steroid cream to fix it once and for all! They will probably try milder remedies until it's the last straw and then give you the cream though.

I swear by canesbalance to keep healthy bacteria thriving and bad bacteria in check! It's safe during pregnancy.

Good luck!
