I know this is probably a ridiculous question...I am 12 weeks on Saturday and I have my scan next Thursday. I just feel paranoid like imagine I'm not even still pregnant or something has gone wrong. If you've had no symptoms to say otherwise do you just assume all is well!?

Might sound awful, but if you haven't had a bleed etc, baby will still be there.

It can be a very worrying time until that scan but everything is in your favour. Plus, no amount of worrying will change anything.

I hope you'd scan good well. Congratulations x

The only way you know for sure is a scan.

Sadly this is what you have to do your whole pregnancy. From scan to appointment, appointment to scan you have to assume that no news is good news. Drove me mad during my first pregnancy. Hope all goes well for you. Thanks
