Implantation or early period...

Had sex over my fertile week..

I've had sore boobs and fatigue for a few days... woke up to stomach cramps this morning with a hint of pinkish blood when I wiped. I now have pinchy cramps in my lower stomach.. ive also got thrush so not sure if this is to do with the bleeding

Could this be an early period or implantation?

Period is due in 4 days!

It could be either. Only time (and possibly a pregnancy test) could tell you.

I will take a test if I'm late. I was just curious because of the period like cramps that have now turned to pinches?

Everyone is different. No one can see what's happening inside your body, so therefor we would only be guessing.

Patience is a virtue.

Could be, could be you're super-attuned to any ache or pain because you think you might be pregnant.

Do you have regular cycles usually?

FWIW not everyone has implantation bleeding or cramping, I had neither.
