In early stages of pregnancy if you touch your belly can you feel with baby/uterus? If so what does it feel like and were abouts is it?

In the early stages of pregnancy your uterus is contained within the pelvic "area" so you won't be able to feel it. And I wouldn't suggest poking around either.
