Low movements: 33 weeks pregnant

Hello

For the last few days, I’m starting to feel very low movements down below which feels like I’m literally going to wee myself! They don’t hurt but are enough for me wince or flinch as they feel really uncomfortable. I’ve tried looking on dr google and I’m getting a lot of results on no / reduced movement which isn’t the problem in my case. (Which of course I’m grateful for)

Does this mean anything? I’m a first time mum so I really don’t have anything to go off. Typical this has only started happening when I’m in bed trying to bloody sleep, can’t wait for work tomorrow! Sad

I came on because i thought you had reduced movement actually, so glad you dont.

I get it too and did with my first also, it's normal, though really irritating. But i could've sworn it started later last time. Hopefully it means baby is your baby is getting in position for birthing. So bloody annoying though and makes you need a wee a lot. Can't imagine how grumpy I'm going to be at 40 (or 40+) weeks.

Movingtoplanetclanger - Thanks, glad to hear it’s normal. I don’t really know how to describe it makes sense getting all them results back on google though. It seems to be them “fanny daggers” which I’ve seen mentioned on here too - so I’m really having fun at the moment lol.

I’m hoping it’s baby getting into position but my god I agree on needing the loo a lot, I wasn’t aware I could produce so much wee! How far along are you?

Mine has been super low all through pregnancy so far too. Baby has been head down since around 20 weeks apparently maybe that’ll be the reason. Do you know what position baby is in? I’m at 36 weeks now. Started getting pains early on and unable to walk for very long especially this trimester but got to keep going! As uncomfy as it is I’m hoping baby stays head down now!

It’s so uncomfortable isn’t it! This morning is straight back in the ribs. I had a growth scan 2 weeks ago & it appeared she was just in a horizontal position? I thought afterwards should I have asked what position she is actually in / will likely move. She is very active though so I imagine she’s just all over at the moment & I’m the same with walking lately too.

I'm 34 weeks and almost all my movements are at the bottom and can be very painful. Without trying to scare you my baby is breech though and has been the entire time
