Has anyone any experiences with going into labour before there due date from doing this?

I’m 38 weeks and have been doing this for the last few days after getting the go ahead from MW.

I get some fairly mild cramps and twinges, but it hasn’t kicked anything off.

@PennyMordauntsLadyBrain I started yesterday and I'm the same a few little twinges here and there have been having cramps feeling in my lower back the past few days tho of and on im 37+2! Did you experience headaches when you started? I've had such a bad one all day that I can shift at all!

No OP, I’ve been fine apart from the cramping.

Are you making sure you’re staying hydrated?

Might be worth calling your midwife if the headache won’t let up just to put your mind at ease.
