TMI mucus plug

So I'm 39+5 today and I've had 2 sweeps already had on off contractions that had led to nothing...I've been out for a walk this morning to the shop and came back went to the toilet to find this....is this my mucus plug picture doesn't do it any favours as it was raised high of the toilet paper so was a very big chunk

Yes, it looks like it. Things might start happening soon. DS1 was born 12 hours after I lost mine at 39+2. Good luck!

@DramaAlpaca thanks that's the kind of story I like to hear I'm really hoping things go that way for me too. As I'm so done with this pregnancy. It's my 3rd and my other 3 were born at 36 weeks so this feels like a lifetime

I started losing mine about 37? Ish weeks and I was induced at 39+6. I didn't really lose much more. But you're obviously in the process how you feeling? My imminent labour clues was bleeding couple of bleeds few hours apart.

@Samind I'm feeling very achy and backache and lots of pressure down their. I've not had no bleeding though.

I had the 2 bleeds and had d&v but it was very quick. From 2nd bleed- 2 hours an baby was here!

It's exciting for you though. what are you doing to take your mind off it?
