Early pregnancy

I have PCOS but have been having regular periods, I'm 23 days late but tests are saying negative, I have lots of symptoms. Has anyone else had this too? Spoke to the doctor and they don't seem that bothered.

I have mild PCOS and fairly regular periods, but did skip a whole cycle in December. Apparently this happens every so often to women without PCOS too. Sounds like what has happened if your tests are negative? A FRER would show a positive at 23 days late I think.

I haven't taken a test since a week after I missed my period. I'm having such bad nausea and having pain in my back and stomach cramps as well as other symptoms. I don't get any of these when I am due on/on.

The only way to find out is to test again. Lots of people have what they think are symptoms and aren't pregnant unfortunately.
