Not terrible, and not every day, but at least a couple of times a week.

No cramping really to speak of, no sickness.

Weirdly seems to happen when I am bursting for a pee and cant get to a toilet. When I do go the other end explores as well (sorry for being crude!)

Is this normal or something to be concerned about?

Not really causing me any huge problems, goes as quickly as it comes.

I have this every morning! Have done since BFP.
It’s only once a day, first thing. I have decided it is better than constipation!

I suspect it might be the vitamins I am on, after this box I might try a different sort.

I've had 10 days of this, getting worse. Started once a day now I'm up to 3+ times. When I had early scan at EPU midwives didn't seem bothered. I'm 7+4. No change in vitamins etc in that time.

Pregnancy does all sorts of weird things to the body , one week you can't get off the toilet and the next you'll be constipated I've always just put it down to changes in hormones

lucy2204 · 21/02/2019 14:33

Still have this now and I'm 34 weeks! 😑

mynameiscalypso · 21/02/2019 14:37

Totally normal (14 weeks here). I used to always get a dodgy tummy when I had my period so I presume it's all hormone related.

ppwonar · 21/02/2019 15:02

Lucy have you had it the whole way through? Shock It's awful, can't be good for us!

lucy2204 · 21/02/2019 16:42

Yes,roughly every single day -.- but like others have said it's better than being constipated, "/ midwife doesn't seem to be bothered by it,🤔🤷‍♀️

Wedgiecar58 · 21/02/2019 20:33

Thanks for the response. Not going to worry me as it’s not only occasional and not too bothersome.

Better than being constipated (which I am these rest of the time!)

That was one of my earliest pregnancy symptoms. I'm 29 weeks now and seem to have went back and forth from diarrhoea to constipated all the way through. Though a bad episode of constipation last week ended in haemorrhoids so yeah, could be worse 😂 pregnancy is so beautiful isn't it?

PBobs · 21/02/2019 21:51

Yep. Yet another part of your body you are no longer in control of.

newbabyyy2019 · 21/02/2019 21:59

Literally had it most days since I got my BFP I'm nearly on week 8 and it just comes randomly without warning sometimes. I've been told it's due to hormones. I suppose our bodies don't know how to cope with all the hormone changes..

Well my gp was concerned enough by the frequency and period it's been going on for to get me to take a stool sample today. Just had my 4th or 5th bout of it today, I feel drained.
