Just filling in my exemption certificate, and i saw that it needs your nhs number?
How do i find out what mine is?

Is it on your maternity notes? Mine is on the front.

You can call your GP practice, reception, and ask them for it.

It’s on your maternity notes. Will start with CHI then your DOB

@useruser123 My NHS number doesn't have my DOB in it... maybe you've got an old style one?

OP - it will certainly be somewhere on your notes but if you're not sure then just ask at your GPs surgery. You will also have a hospital number (which if you have to go to different hospitals will be oh so conveniently different at each place) which in my experience usually shorter than your NHS number.
