No movement felt - 21 weeks. Should I worry?

As title says, I'm 21 weeks and haven't had a hint of a kick. We had the 20 week scan just over a week ago, and all seemed fine. It confirmed I have an anterior placenta. But the sonographer also implied that I should really feel something very soon, and to contact my midwife if I don't.

I'm desperately trying to pay attention to any sensations that could be kicks, but I've felt nothing. Anyone had a similar experience and all panned out fine?

I didn't feel movements until I was 24/25 weeks (first baby). I also have an anterior placenta. I'm now almost 38 weeks and feel her all the time. Smile
