37 weeks, don’t think baby is head down anymore

So I’ve been really uncomfortable the last few days and now I’m pretty certain baby has moved. She was head down ready to go but now the bottom of my bump just feels soft and higher up my bump is mainly hard. Should I see my midwife or just wait it out and see if she moves again? I’m booked in next Tuesday for an appointment anyway?

Probably worth doing some things to try and encourage baby position to be head down ie ball / all 4s etc and see how you go

I’d wait for normal appointment but have a look at spinning babies website in the meantime

Move into a worse position lol. Aghhh my brain is scrambled!!!!

My DD was breech for a week at 37 weeks after months of being head down! I second "spinning babies" website. Spend lots of time leaning forwards over a beanbag or yoga ball. Or sitting backwards on a dining room chair leaning on the back. The head is the heaviest part, sitting like this allows gravity to make sure your baby is in the best position. It worked for me!

Thank you! I’ll try those positions out!
