So I'm a couple of days late on my period and have had common symptoms such as feeling sick stomach cramps headaches etc so I took a first response early detection test and it came back negative but on my Ovulation test this also came back negative but had two lines does this mean anything or am I just overthinking? Thanks in advance

Hi @JessicaRose1. Ovulation tests always have two lines on. You know they're positive when the two lines are the same darkness. You might have just ovulated later than usual this month.

It's normal to get an LH surge just before your period so could be that.
