Hi @Helsvamp. Didn't want to read and run. How far along are you in your pregnancy? Did you have anxiety issues before your pregnancy? It sounds like it might be a good idea to seek help from your GP or midwife.

Pregnancy is naturally a difficult time, with hormone changes and panicking about every twinge, but it sounds like you're saying this is more than that.

Your relationship status is a separate issue, although if you're able to find some techniques to help make things more manageable then you might be able to address your relationship issues too.

Take care of yourself, OP. I suffer from anxiety too and completely understand how you feel, but there is help out there.

I am 19 weeks gone . I worry that I have wrecked my relationship in the past when I left him for a month. But that was hard as we have kids. I think I was depressed. Not sure what I was feeling. I just don't want to
Be ever apart again like that as was a bad mistake. That's probably why don't want to marry me. Which he did before. I wish we spent more time together as hardly spend together as we both work. I miss the old closeness

Hi OP, are they panic attacks or uncontrollable worries? I mean are you worrying about things and not able to calm down, or are you physically unable to breathe, feel like you're dying, heart racing? If it's the worries I found this symptom in all my pregnancies. It was really hard to switch them off once I started. So I think this is a normal, hormonal symptom. If its real, physical panic attacks then tell your Midwife so she can refer you for some support. Flowers

I can feel my heart racing very fast and end up crying
