Strange pain below arm pit right side.

I am 22 weeks pregnant and tonight I began to feel an uncomfortable pain, sporadically, on my right side, beside my right breast and not my arm pit, but below it. It feels deep and like it goes through to my back. It is not worse on breathing deep or different positions, just a frequent but spontaneous pain. I did not have it with my 4 other pregnancies and it is making me feel anxious. Has anyone had this?

Gallstones? Pancreatitis? Any pain if you push in the area? Any nausea? Any problems peeing?

I don't think I have gall stones or pancreitus. It's definitely internal, no pain to touch. I have some nausea though that is normal for me, pregnancy or not. Side effect of Gilbert syndrome. No pain when urinating. I don't know what to make of it at all. Baby is nice and active. Perhaps it will be gone come the morning.
