Should I be more concerned about my bump?

Hi. I’m pregnant with my 3rd DS.
DS1 7lb7
DS2 6lb9

Each pregnancy I’ve measured smaller than I should. Eg. 37 weeks I’m measuring 33cm. (Should be the same cm to weeks so I am told)
Community MW’s didn’t seem that fussed because of my past pregnancies. I was sent by the GP for a growth scan for DS2 which was fine and all within range.
I was sent this time around at 32w again by GP the sonographer said, ‘did the GP send you?’ All measurements were in the range and he wasn’t at all concerned.

Bit of context. I have been sick for a week and couldn’t keep food down. Better now. Whilst ill I had to go to the assessment unit and the midwives there seemed to act surprised that I wouldn’t have another scan and said surely there is a plan in place. I went to my 38w check with the GP and he was surprised by my measurements but the results of the growth scan comforted him. I was very relaxed about the size explaining my past DS’s.

But now I’m thinking am I being too laid back? Should I be more concerned? 38 weeks feels like I’m nearly at the end, although I have gone over 40weeks with each. What could they do now? Am I overlooking serious harm to my baby. What would you do?

This is Fundal height? I don't even pay attention to it. Totally depends on how baby is laying I think.
My Fundal went from normal to 9% with my first, and she came out 6lbs 2oz
Fundal this time is measuring spot on but babe is now measuring small on 10% like dc1 did at 38weeks too.
If growth scans are fine, don't stress

Fundal measurements are not a very accurate measurement of a bump because not everyone way of measuring/tape measures are identical..
Scans give you the information that you need.

I had this issue with my last..
She was 6lb 5oz

Thanks ladies. Reassuring you both have shared my experiences and come out with average sized babies.

Not got any personal experience of this but fundal height does seem like a really blunt tool. I have a friend who was induced at 39 weeks because her bump was measuring small. Her lovely daughter was 8lbs 2! Grin
