Yes I did - when I remembered and pretty sure half the time I threw them up, but I tried to take them as much as I could :)

I did, they were the only ones that didn't make me feel like total crap. Pregnacare made me vomit

I did

Hey, the reason I ask is I’ve found out that sanatogen doesn’t have iodine which is recommended. Just wondering if anyone had any issues at all? Is baby okay now, I’ve been taking it through my pregnancy and a bit worried now.

Iodine can be found in fish, dairy, eggs, beans. Have you been eating these things?

I threw up nearly EVERYTHING, including any type of prenatal vitamins for nine months.

I lived on crackers and cola.

My baby survived.

My DD is coming up to four, and all fine, I ate a fairly balanced diet though so maybe that's why, some people avoid the vitamins all together, particularly those with hypermesis

Op the only supplements recommended by NHS is folic acid until 12 weeks and vitamin d throughout. Frankly, anything else in the pregnancy multivitamin is just a bonus. I take pregnacare because I stocked up on a 3 for 2 offer in Tesco but honestly, I have no idea if they contain iodine. Eat a balanced diet as much as possible and don't lose any sleep over it

Thanks everyone, I feel a little less anxious now. Smile
