Hey everyone! So a glamorous subject I know, but does anyone have any tips or tricks to help relieve this wonderful symptom? Had a chat with the doctor this morning and he said I was doing pretty much everything I could ie using cream, wet wipes instead of tissue, paracetamol for pain if needed, and obviously keeping everything as soft as possible, but basically just have to ride it out (oh I'm almost 37 weeks), so yeah like I said does anyone have any other tipsor tricks to help ease the situation? Hi I have this too, both with first and current pregnancy! So annoying!

I have a bath once or twice a week with epsom salts. Its supposed to help - it eases muscle ache as well!
Cant think of anything else other than what you're already doing.

Hi try not to use wet wipes they can irritate the situation. If they are external (or bulging out of your bottom like grapes) you can wrap some crushed ice in a tea towel and sit on it, this helps the blood vessels constrict and shrink the piles up.
