Hi all, would anyone have any tips for helping to keep nausea away? I had nausea and vomiting up until 16 weeks, then I have 3 good weeks. After that the nausea came back again, no vomiting but I feel terrible. I'm 23 weeks now and don't think I could manage this for another 4 months. Help!

I have found snacking on grapes all day has helped me.

Oddly, ginger or anything that resembles tea makes me instantly puke.

I find sour granny smith apples help me - I think the juice makes my mouth feel a bit fresher and it seems to settle my stomach.

Other than that, I'm afraid the standard ginger biscuits and dry crackers work for me, which I guess you've already tried.

The travel bands from boots really helped me.
