Pregnancy/birthing ball

Hello
I'm 30 weeks pregnant and am wondering if a birth ball should be my next purchase. I'm suffering with swollen feet and hands and find my normal desk chair uncomfortable after a few hours...back and bum hurt. Ido have a posture stool but I'm not convinced that's doing much. What has worked well for you?

Not sure it’ll help swelling but it’s been a godsend for comfort! Way more comfortable than chairs / couch etc. Would defo recommend it.
