Tingly legs when lying down?

Hi, I'm 20w4d and fair sized bump now as usual but doubt that that has anything to do with me having a really tingly sensation in my legs when I lie down. Is it bad circulation? It's almost like pins and needles but not quite so bad. X

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Is it relieved by moving your legs around? If so, it sounds like restless leg syndrome. I have it too and it's horrible! Sympathies.

It goes if I get up yes. Do you know what causes it or if it'll get better/worse?x

No clue I'm afraid. I had it even before I got pregnant but its definitely gotten worse since.

Could be a trapped nerve in your back?

Restless legs, mine were awful in both my pregnancies. I recommend Biofreeze, slather it on at the first sign of a tingle, good luck!

Restless legs - I didn’t get it at all with my first pregnancy, and I’ve been plagued this time.

I’m 37 weeks now and anytime I’m standing or walking I’m busting to sit down

  • then when I finally can my rest is ruined by tingly sodding legs!
