What is this rash!!! (Pics included)

Hi everyone, I'm currently 30 weeks pregnant and have been suffering from morning sickness for the past 3 days (or at least I think it is). I have also been really tired but have put both things down to the joys of pregnancy.
Yesterday morning I noticed this rash on my face. More prominent on my cheeks then anywhere else. It's still just as prominent now.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows what it is? Should I be worried or is it just another unpleasant pregnancy symptom???

I had a rash like this on my stomach accompanied by morning sickness. Went to the maternity triage and they put it down to an allergic reaction. Seems to be going away now. Worth getting it checked though.

Do they disappear when pressed with a glass? (Tumbler test).

Yea I think I'll make an appointment tomorrow if it's still there.
As for the tumbler test it fades a little but I'm pretty sure it's not that serious
