Nub guesses? (For fun!😊)

I’m really struggling to see a nub, all I can see are legs! We aren’t finding out at the 20 week scan so we like to have fun guessing with old wives tales and looking at the scan!
Any experienced nub theorists willing to offer their predictions?

I would say boy as it looks to be pointing up!
