Unknowing that i was pregnant i was on 50mg a day of sertraline, when i found out i was pregnant at 7 weeks i stopped taking sertraline and went into a bad depression. I reluctantly started taking 25mg a day for the rest of the pregnancy as i was stuggling mentally, big time. Now my daughter is 1 i still feel very guilty about taking it and worry about long term effects. Has any one taking sertraline during pregnancy. Any issues long term down the line with the child? I know what is done is done now and we would have to deal with the consequences but i would like to hear from anyone else who has done it and what their experiences are now.
