So sick of not being able to keep food down. It's to the point where I'm not even hungry all day because i know it's all just going to come back up, and because of that nothing sounds appealing.

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

TMI I know but I used to find that if I ate again immediately after throwing up I had a better chance of it staying down. Might be worth a try if you can face it. I don't think it matters what it is - just something to keep you going.
It is utterly exhausting I was nauseous 24/7, and sick anything up to 12 times a day, often waking up at night to go and throw up. I basically lived on dry rice krispies, and a limited selection of ready meals as the time of cooking smells was really reduced that way. If it's any consolation I now have a strapping 17yo so it certainly didn't do him any harm. Second time round I opted for drugs - so much better.
Hope you're feeling better soon.
