26 weeks pregnant and suffering from a v stubborn thrush. Fire in pants rages on inspite of canesten pessary and external cream last night. Trying pessary again tonight to see if it calms things down. I've heard of it taking upto 4 - 6 nights of pessary + cream to sort out properly .... does anyone have any experience or tips ? Have started probiotics, tried yoghurt down there etc etc ....

I say speak to your GP.

I’ve had what was misdiagnosed as thrush since January last year so I’ve had a punch of different treatments while pregnant (it only went away back in October/November).

Anyway your GP can give you a stronger/longer course of treatment. I’ve had a 10 day treatment of Miconazole internal creams & several days treatment of clotrimazole pessaries.
