So I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and I feel like I'm fighting a losing battle. Since I was around 5 weeks I have had bad pain in the bottom of my back, right bumcheek and leg. This morning past week it has almost been unbearable. I work long days (8-5) on my feet constantly bending up and down, picking up children, tidying up etc. By the end of the day I am almost unable to walk and I am in tears due to the pain. I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions of things that might help reduce the pain. Taking time off isn't an option as I only work term time so I'm not allocated pain holiday. We are also a very busy setting so not being as involved with the children and everyday duties isn't really an option either.

Im sorry you're in so much pain op. I had a similar thing happen at about 15 weeks or so and I found that gentle stretches (think the pigeon stretch in yoga) plus not sitting down for too long helped. It did go away after a few weeks and I know that's not the case for everyone but I hope it is for you. Good luck!
