I did use it from 36 weeks as suggested by our MWs during our NHS hypnobirthing course. No clue if it was that which meant DS arrived bang on 37 weeks though.... I know plenty of people on that course who were using it and went over due date. Although none had to be induced actually.... goes off to ponder

Following! At 34 going into 35 weeks... so 36 weeks is the recommended time?

snoopy18 yes it is I started it at 36 weeks I'm 37 weeks now although haven't done it for a few days I do feel as baby's dropped so low now

I'm taking the capsules I was inserting 2 at night as it's most effective close to the cervix they just dissolve inside do wear a pad though as the next day the last bit will leak out a little if you prefer you can just take them orally I was using 2000mg a day
