Abbreviations and code words??

Is there a guide to what all the abbreviations/code words mean??

I am totally new to this forum (and pregnancy!) So I haven't got a clue ... I heard that BFP is big fat (Or a different word!) Positive, but that's about all I know.

What's DH? DOO? And allll the others?!
