Best Advice to get Feet out of Ribs?

Hi guys,

Does anyone have a trick for getting baby feet out of ribs? I'm 30 weeks but I can already feel his feet in my bottom-right rib. It'll only get more painful I imagine so just thought I'd see if anyone had any ideas for me to shift him!

Doesn't help I have only a week to move from my flat to my new house and can't bend done without feeling like I'm going to crack a rib 😆

Hi OP

I’m in the same boat my LO loves my right ribs too and they are feeling pretty tender at the moment. I had my 31 week midwife appt this week and she just recommended going for a walk to try and encourage her to move. It’s lack of space in there unfortunately which means they are kicking and punching everywhere, just a shame it’s always the same place!!

I’ve found a pregnancy pillow or just a normal pillow under my bump when sleeping is really helpful on a night. My LO tends to love the ribs even more when I’m trying to sleep.

Good luck with the house move and I hope your LO eases off. If it is any consolation I’m only a week and abit ahead of you and I’m slowly getting used to it. Just thinking too, maybe a birthing ball would help? I’m not too sure how they work as I don’t have one yet but my friend told me she loved hers but not to bounce on them until 36 weeks+ so could be worth doing your own research on that!
