Seeing consultant in two weeks can i ask for induction

It's my 4th dc had 2 natural labours and last one induced due to small birth weight and reduced movements ... at 12 days old he went into a cardiac arrest due to pneumonia and was badly jaundiced starting to think that's why he had the reduced movement etc.

anyways with this baby I've been getting monitored since 31 weeks twice a week and scans with virtually non exsistent movements felt by me aparently due to anterior placenta and unstable lie.

Im now 34 weeks and due to see consultant in 2 weeks as midwife has discharged me to just see hospital and hospital midwifes want me to talk to a consultant about what birth options are available to me R.E section or induction.

They keep going on about my anxiety but of course i am i can't feel my babys bloody movements half the time i went in crying thinking she was already deceased as had no movement for 1 day and they thought i was being dramatic.

Also they knew my 3rd dc had fluid on his lungs when he was born as still sent him home with bad jaundice too and had the cheek to phone and ask if his breathing was ok just before his cardiac arrest.

Then refused to take him during his cardiac arrest.

Am i being unreasonable to ask them to get my dc out as quickly as possible at this consultation as im a nervous wreck now.

Definately not unreasonableand worth a try buti doubt u will get anywhere... u sound similar to me...
My 3rd had hyper movement and a very high heart rate 1day before he was born.... they put me on monitor and after an hour it came down n jus sent me home, he was born next day with “just wet lungs” which later that evening despite my nagging turned out to be sepsis and pneumonia with anemia... 7 day stay in hosp (inc a lumbar puncture) which i kno is good considering what he had but had i been listened too cud hav been avoided... so when i was preg with my 4th i begged n begged to be induced or to be monitored closely... i was told will never induce unless soenthing medicLly wrong with this pregnancy... to come in as soon as i get pains for anti bs despite my labours being super fastn no time for them if i go naturally... so d day cowes i go in n told i haveto wait tol im 4cm to hav anti bs im way too calm so no where near 4cm.. 10 mins later i ask to b examined so i can hav as much time for anti bs to work - i was over 4cm and an hour later dd was born... supposed to recieve anti bs but told dodnt nees them then i was goven my discharge notes bout to leave n neonatal docs come up n say we messed up she needs anti bs so has to stay 48 hours at least i was livid!!!

How are they getting away with putting babies lifes at risk like this.

Im due to see a consultant on the 23rd but not holiding out much hope as already seen her before and she basically couldn't have gave a * what happened to ny son and me during my labour as i retained my placenta after a horrific labour waited 3 hour to get ready for surgery then a dr just came in no pain relief and put hand in and yanked it out and ended up with a infection ... consultant said what you moaning at you avoided surgery.

Absoutle joke i have no faith in them and I've made them aware of this that if anything happens to my baby this time due to negligence I'll be taking the responsible person all the way as i never put in a complaint last time.

they might ask you if you want to be induced in your circumstances. my consultant did in my last pregnancy. i had multiple trips to the pau with periods of the baby not moving and had to have scans every 2 weeks due to slow growth. at 37 weeks i had a scan which showed the baby hasn’t grown in the two weeks since the last scan and the consultant gave me option of waiting a week and then having another scan to see if there was any changes, or having an induction at the earliest possible date. as i suffer from anxiety she said it was my choice but if i was just going to panic myself for the next week then to just have the induction. i did and i was booked in the next day for my induction.

Here's hoping i hate the thought of another induction but would mych rather prefer her being out so i can monitor her rather than 2 weekly trips to hear her on a monitor but still not feel the movements.

I'm a anxious mess yesterday my bp shot through the roof in the hospital while i vomited 8 times in 10 mins ended up with more anti sickness injections and burning up with a consultant checking me for bleed on the brain again as i loose my vision due to migraines aswell.

I'm so done with being told im being over dramatic i nearly lost my son last year due to there negligence that another hospital had to pick up the peices so yes i am well within my rights to be a bit over dramatic lol xx
