Constant nausea and sickness

So I'm currently 7w5 and I am struggling with lots of sickness. I currently work in a nursery so I'm always busy and running around after children which I find doesn't help. My work schedule means that I eat breakfast (usually 2 slices of toast) at 8 and then I have a half an hour lunch break at 12:30 then I get home around 5:45. Atm everything I eat seems to either come back up straight after or try to all through the day. Obviously this is making hiding the pregnancy from my coworkers very hard and also just affecting my everyday life. I almost feel scared to eat cause I know I'm gonna feel awful afterwards. I spend most of my day feeling dizzy and sickly which as you can probably imagine in a busy nursery/preschool setting this is a nightmare. Has anybody got any tips. I can't usually eat except from on my lunchbreak due to child's allergies etc.

Hey OP,

Sorry to hear you're feeling ill. Clare, a midwife, recently ran over things you can do to manage it.

Hope it helps!
