We tried to conceive on the 26th of January. I took a clear blue electronic test on February 6th, 9 days after DTD (I know to early to test). I have thrown up once and am nauseous here and there but not often, my back is achy and I have sharp pains in my lower stomach. Today, February 11th marks 11 days after DTD. My period is coming in 3 days that is if I am not late, which I hope I am. What other signs can I look for to see if I am going to have a baby?
