One step showing positive first response showing negative or extremely faint line

Hiya
I'm so confused iv done 7 one step tests all show faint positives today's slightly darker but first response is negative or an extremely faint line I can't work it out

Do you want to post a picture? I’ve always found one step tests to be accurate so 7 bfps sounds very hopeful to me.
