How to take care of skin

So i had really bad spots before having my implant removed, had it out 3 months and my skin cleared up, found out on sat that I am pregnant (yay) but the spots are ALREADY coming back 😩

What products are safe and good for pregnancy acne? TIA

As far as I know the only thing you need to avoid is retinol because it contains vitamin a.

I’ve found niacinamide great, I use The Ordinary niacinamide plus zinc.
