At what stage are you thinking of giving up?

I stopped at 12 weeks. But I had a very obvious bump by then and it coincided with the weather getting colder. I played outdoors and didn’t think it was worth the risk of falling on icy slippy courts! I’m due end of July so hoping to be be back for the start of next season.

I stopped about 13 or 14 weeks. I didnt show and i didnt tell anyone. I wasnt playing well though as i was scared of injury and really holding back. I should have stopped a lot earlier i think but i found it really hard to for some reason.

I played until 13 weeks - well, I played my final game at 5 weeks, it was then the summer break. I continued to train until 13 weeks but like a previous poster wasn’t playing at full capacity. In my final training session I tripped over someone’s foot and went flying and decided enough was enough!

Last pregnancy I stopped as soon as I found out. But this time I'm keen to keep exercising. Sounds from your experience that I'll know when enough is enough.

I stopped as soon as I found out I was pregnant at about 4 weeks. I do tend to end up on the floor a lot when I'm playing though, and with it being my first baby, I was extra worried about hurting him! I just swapped netball for going to the gym instead to keep up my fitness.
