No idea! Someone help

Every morning I wake up I can't bare the feeling in my thumb! It's really sore and wen I move my thumb up and down the bones are moving out of place and clicking back into place wenever I move it again. I no it sounds weird but has anyone any ideas what this could be?

Go to your GP, you might need a referral to a physio or rheumatologist.
