I'm currently 26 weeks pregnant and not feeling great. My last baby came at 29 weeks for unknown reasons so I'm pretty anxious. I have irritable uterus so I get bad cramps and braxton hicks which come in regular waves every 3-5 mins at times and have been in and out of the hospital getting checked. They have never found anything unusual in my urine but I am concerned I may have gd. I am ALWAYS really thirsty, have dry mouth (cracked lips even) and pee a lot. I also have terrible reflux and heartburn but I don't think these are related. My fraternal grandmother had gd so I'm not seen as at risk from inheriting it and therefor I dont think I'll be tested routinely. These symptoms have never come up with my consultant as I've always been concerned about the cramping instead. Do you think it's worth mentioning? I have an appointment in a week and a half; should I do it then? Or else I'm seeing my gp tomorrow and could discuss it then?

It is definitely worth mentioning although. I have Gd and get the same symptoms although having said that, I have been told I am also anemic and being anemic has those symptoms too so those symptoms cold be potentially be a sign of something else.
