Can you see gestational sac and yolk sac 2 weeks after conception?

I would think it very unlikely given that they would be tiny. Early scans done vaginally are usually from 6 weeks, and sometimes they struggle to find anything.

I've seen mine at 5 weeks and it's just a tiny sac with a foetal pole - at 4 weeks the bundle of cells would possibly still be tumbling from the Fallopian tubes into the uterus and embedding into the wall of the uterus

If you have an internal scan you might. But not certain

They couldn't find mine at 4.5 weeks (so 2.5 weeks after conception) and found it closer to 5.5 weeks. If you read up on the process after conception online, the whole thing takes a while to travel down the falopian tubes into the uterus and then implant. Hard to see before then both because of size and location, I think. Also, if you were thinking of a reassurance scan, I think better to wait until you're around 6 weeks and you might also get the heart beat.

If I concved on Dec, does that mean it took a long implantation ?

Sperm can hang around for a while, sounds like you conceived mid December!
