CM in pregnancy

I have been thinking. Am 36+ weeks pregnant with a planned pregnancy. When we were TTC I remember having to check Cervical mucus for changes in the cervix favourable to conception.

What I have been thinking is would the CM change near the end of pregnancy as the cervix gets rady for birth. Could I use it as a sign things may be happening?

It depends if your CM has been changeable the whole way through, IMO.
My first pregnancy basically went perfectly, I enjoyed the whole thing and, if we hadn't have been trying, I probably wouldn't have suspected being preg as nothing changed bodywise (except periods stopping) and there was no CM "warning" near the end either!

This time, though, my CM has been really weird!! It has a life of it's own, I swear!!

That's my expierience so far, I guess "they" are right, every pregnancy is different, you might get a "sign" you might not LOL

Was that totally useless info, or what?!!

I was just wondering if it had any relevance or not. It may not have anything to do with it.

Now I have you pondering the question.
