Right ribs ache: Normal pregnancy pains or HELPP syndrome?

Good morning! I am 31 weeks + 3 days. For the past 10 days I have been suffering with really nasty, stabbing pain below my right ribs, extending all the way around my upper right shoulder blade. I know this can be a sign of HELPP syndrome, so I have been slightly worried. I don't know if I have any of the other symptoms associated with HELPP, such as high blood pressure, however I do get headaches occasionally and my vision can be funny (but I blame that on contacts)

At the moment I am on blood thinning injections because of a suspected blood clot. I have my next hospital visit on Tuesday, so tempted to leave this until then (despite the stabbing, horrible pain), but I don't know if I should really call someone straight away? Did anyone have stabbing pains in the right side that were just normal pregnancy pains?

No I don't think it's normal pregnancy pains although it could well be a clot as I have recently had one.

If you're already on the thinners then they are treating any possible clot but I would definitely call the midwife this morning or if you can't get hold of them pop to walk in or A&E xx
