I got a Dreamgenii from eBay which I'm liking – supports back, bump and, if you tuck it between your knees, keeps hips aligned. Only trouble is disentangling myself to turn over/get up for a wee, but I think that would be tricky with any pillow/support system.

I bought this one and I love it. I used to have the smaller one but this one is better because It provides support for my back as well as my front and it created a nice wall between me and hubby so there is no change f him accidentally turning round in the night and getting to close to the bump

Dream genie all the way. I also had the summer infant one which I hated as it was too hard and hurt my neck

I have this one from amazon and I love it. Supports bump and back as well as preventing me from rolling onto my back too much. The cover is really soft and washes really well too. I've already told my husband I'm keeping it after baby arrives!

I had a BBHugMe (super expensive but I used a sale and discount code so ~£80) I log it and am still using now my DD is here (nursing pillow at first and I sleep with head on it and the rest down the side of the bed in case she rolls she can't fall. (Makes a good baby bean bag/prop up cushion too)
